What You Will Do:

• Assist in handling client communication via email and internal CRM tools
• Support the team in responding to client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Help prepare proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up messages for potential clients
• Join internal and client meetings to take notes and summarize action points
• Learn to manage project timelines, updates, and basic delivery tracking
• Assist in organizing and updating client data, project status, and reports
• Shadow senior team members to understand account and relationship management
• Help maintain client satisfaction by ensuring timely updates and clear communication
• Contribute to internal discussions and team meetings with fresh perspectives
• Support lead generation and outreach activities (as assigned)

What You Will Need:

• Final year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in client communication, influencer marketing, or digital PR
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Basic understanding of project coordination and business communication
• Willingness to learn CRM systems, client platforms, and workflow tools
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
